I've been watching a lot of movies with Tim Blake Nelson recently (I have yet to watch his own movies) and I felt in love with Old Henry. Though "falling in love" isn't strong enough to express what I felt for this movie. Ever since I've been 5, my favorite movie was always Jurassic Park, it didn't change. But when I watched this movie, it changed. Old Henry became my fav movie ever. I don't know why, it doesn't really explore topics that usually touch my heart, but somehow it managed to. Through his simplicity, maybe. I love the characters Tim portrays. They're often kind of fucked up (in a broken way) but so am I so I enjoy that. I don't have much to say about this art, it's a very simple doodle, it wasn't even meant to be colored. I still have work to do to find a smooth middle ground between Tim's face and my artstyle lol but I still kinda like this lil' doodle.
