This is my part of an Art Trade with my friend Jasky who make absolutly beautiful pin-up arts. We drew each others' Marvel fav. It was born of either me or her saying "I'm gonna commission" you and the other answering "well I'm gonna commission you too so let's trade instead".

I don't make Art Trade usually for a few reasons. First of all because I don't have much time for that (I do them in my freetime, I keep my work time for paid work, obviously). Second because there's a lot of scam and third because if you take too much Art Trade, even occasionally, people won't understand why you don't take theirs and won't help thinking that's because they draw like shit. Which is the last thing I want. So I only take Art Trade from friends and people I was planning to commission. That's why I put this one in the "commission" tag.

Anyway, for this one I sticked to 3 colors. Pink, purple and blue. The thing with blue and pink is, as they're part of purple, very easy to bend, blue looks "neutral", in the way that it's either white or black and pink looks purple. I took one of her most popular outfit. At first I wanted to come up with mine but I loved it too much, I thought it would be interesting with my colors. For her face I took Charlize Theron (because she's absolutly beautiful as MCU Clea) as my main inspo. But not in her MCU form because I wanted the short hair and another makeup.

Her eyes tend to be of a very light blue and her brows black but I thought it made more sense to have a bit of purple in the eyes and white brows instead. I wanted her cloak to look like stary so I used a free to use picture of space that I applied as a filter in it to make this effect. I usually clutter the background, even with simple arts, by adding circles and stars and stuff like that. But it looked way too cluttered (even for me haha) because of the cloak and magic so I kept a solid simple purple background with a zoomed black and white version of her to avoid a huge void. I had so much good time working on her hair. I've been working on making fluffier and more detailed hair lately but it's complicated with a green motherfucker who is either bald of have slicked back black hair lol. Anyway, this art also mark the end of my break so feel free to contact me for commission lol.
