A God and his Knight. It's been a while since I did anything Samuce (comics wise) and so I absolutly LOVE Bruce's new long haircut so I wanted to draw them both. Imagine this as a kind of "bad ending" to Immortal Hulk, with both ending up under The One Below All's influence. That's why they're naked, it's not some kind of NSFW-ish art, I just wanted them to be kinda "raw". I'm a huge, huge, HUGE fan of the Diablo games and this kind of goth biblical aesthetic, so I wanted to play with that a little bit. You also know, because I keep saying it, that I enjoy picturing Sam as a fallen angel. Though this allegory works well for Bruce too, so these crows are supposed to represent the wings The One Below All gave them as a "replacement" in order to spread death and destruction and turn them into its angels of Death, kinda. I kept Tamuz' skull because it's kind of how the gamma "curse" or destiny or whatever you wanna call it began.
